OpenSuccess recherche pour un de ses clients, un AI Business Development Manager (F/H).

 


Presales support to relevant National Operating Centers (NOCs) sales team:

  • This person will be tightly connected with NOC Sales team
  • Will be responsible for lead generation with Sales team
  • Presales support will provide from the beginning of opportunity is generated
  • Responsible for management of local business pipeline (more Mid-Large Size segment):
  • responsibility to keep AI opportunity pipeline up to date (manage new opp, updated current opp, closed finish opp)
  • reporting to management NOC and R&D current status of opportunities
  • responsible to transfer opportunities to real business lead (contracted phase)
  • Role will use standard NOC CRM system, parallelly (for new solutions not implemented in CRM as not full product) will update existing MS teams pipeline which will be available all involved sides.
  • Responsible for support NOC local team to customer hiring of AI product portfolio
  • Main contact between local sales and global R&D teams on business level
  • Support and lead of local customer workshops, organize in cooperation with Product Owners, NOCs Sales, Human Centered Design team
  • Manage local needs of sales team to AI portfolio, escalate to CED manager and local or GRD Product Owners
  • Covering local AI innovation ideas, customer opportunities and bringing to GRD pipeline boards
  • Providing professional technical consultation to NOCs sales team (AI portfolio)
  • Collecting, reporting of AI business pipeline to local management and senior executives (pure BD)
  • Bringing relevant business inputs to R&D strategy management regarding improvement of products
  • Hunting new customers together with NOCs sales organizations

    • Minimum MSc in a related field (technology, computer science, economy combined with IT)
    • Minimum 3 years in the software technology industry, with 3 years in business development preferably in start-up type of company 
    • At least 7-10 y in the same role
    • Interpreneur and entrepreneur personality
    • Medium AI, (Machine Vision, HybridCloud, or Cyber Def) technology experience 
  • Strong experience in end-customers business need analytics and Customer Value Proposition definition and design 
  • Ability to work with Customer Research and User Experience functions in team
  • Experience in working with end customers
  • Demonstrated success in program and/or relationship management 
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability of interacting and presenting to senior level management and cross-departmental collaboration 
  • Results oriented, customer focused, and able to plan, organize and coordinate the necessary arrangements to achieve successful, sustainable business results (number of customer engagement, business impact generation)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Analytical approach to challenges to understand the critical points

Lateral thinking to propose alternative solutions or approaches – ‘out of the box’ attitude

Efficient selection of solution methods with a focus on performance, timeliness and cost effectiveness

Able to work in a self-directed manner and manage ‘unknowns’

Personal responsibility and attention to details so that nothing falls through the gaps

Strong team player, able to relate to others to achieve desired outcome. Inclusive management nature.

Strong communicator, with clear and transparent verbal and written communications skills. Able to communicate at levels encompassing technical, business and senior management environments. English language skills CAE Grade C1 (fluent or native)
